A delicious and healthy quiche made with sweet potatoes, cheese, and ground turkey, perfect for a gluten-free diet.

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked ground turkey
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, cooked ground turkey, and shredded cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sweet potato mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased pie dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
