- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, half of the cheddar cheese, broccoli, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, stir the casserole, and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
