Delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free cheesecake-stuffed strawberries, perfect for spring desserts.

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries, then cut off the tops and hollow out the centers.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  4. Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
