  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to create a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter (if using).
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • For extra crispiness, you can air fry the cauliflower instead of baking.
