- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the grated carrots, raisins, and walnuts.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread a thin layer of butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
