A fresh and vibrant appetizer featuring cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, all on a skewer, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
  2. On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball.
  3. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving space at the ends for handling.
  4. Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
