A delicious and creamy dip inspired by the classic Caprese salad, perfect for gluten-free diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the diced mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
