  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
