- Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, cover the pot and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
- Once the eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- Drizzle the spicy garlic butter sauce over the eggs and sprinkle with salt and chopped parsley before serving.
