Gluten-Free Cajun Boiled Eggs with Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce

A delicious and spicy twist on traditional boiled eggs, perfect for a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
  6. Once the eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
  7. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  8. Drizzle the spicy garlic butter sauce over the eggs and sprinkle with salt and chopped parsley before serving.
