A refreshing and healthy gluten-free twist on the classic Caesar salad, perfect for spring.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup gluten-free croutons
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup homemade Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, then place it in a large salad bowl.
