Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the gluten free flour and salt, mixing until the dough comes together.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
