  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 gluten-free slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
  2. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Toast the gluten-free slider buns lightly.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
