  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (gluten-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
