A delicious and festive ham recipe perfect for spring gatherings, featuring a sweet brown sugar and pineapple glaze.

  • 1 fully cooked ham (about 8-10 pounds)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
  3. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the glaze evenly over the ham.
  5. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for about 15-18 minutes per pound, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
  8. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
