- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the ham.
- Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes per pound, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
