- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the buttermilk until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced peaches gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
