  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
