- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil for frying
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, shredded cheese, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
