Delicious and fluffy gluten-free blueberry cinnamon rolls perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
