- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
