Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, cooked chicken, bell peppers, onions, and cilantro to the flour mixture and combine well.
  4. Form the mixture into a ring shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the top of the ring with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
