- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shredded cheese, cooked chicken, bell peppers, onions, and cilantro to the flour mixture and combine well.
