Delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free treats filled with creamy cheese and fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free puff pastry
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on the pastry, then top with a few mixed berries.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
