  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef slices with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Add broccoli florets and beef broth, and stir to combine.
  6. Pour in the gluten-free soy sauce and cook until the broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or quinoa.
