- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
