A delicious and healthy gluten-free version of the classic beef and broccoli dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef slices with cornstarch and gluten-free soy sauce. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Add broccoli florets and beef broth, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  6. Stir in sesame oil and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
