Delicious and -to-make gluten-free BBQ chicken tostadas, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup gluten-free BBQ sauce
  • 8 gluten-free tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the gluten-free BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  4. Remove the tostadas from the oven and top each with the BBQ chicken mixture.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
