- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, cooked quinoa, corn, black beans, half of the cheese, red onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
