- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the sauce.
