- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
