  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool before serving.
