A delicious and healthy gluten-free dish featuring tender chicken breasts baked with creamy ricotta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
