Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the Baileys Irish Cream and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Gradually fold in the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
