Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape.
  6. Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. If desired, sprinkle the tops with your choice of toppings.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
