A delicious and easy recipe for a gluten-free bacon cheeseburger, perfect for spring gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 gluten-free burger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
