A delicious and -to-make gluten-free bacon cheeseburger rice skillet that combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and onion. Cook until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
