A refreshing and healthy salad perfect for spring, featuring ripe avocados and juicy tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. Add the finely chopped red onion and fresh cilantro.
  3. Drizzle the lime juice over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
