Deliciously sticky and flavorful wings that are gluten-free, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the marinade.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and toss the wings in the remaining marinade.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
