- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly in the marinade.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and toss the wings in the remaining marinade.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
