Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the diced apples.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
