- 4 cups of sliced apples
- 1 cup of gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the gluten-free oats, almond flour, remaining brown sugar, and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
