A deliciously easy recipe for everyone that is gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of sliced apples
  • 1 cup of gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix the gluten-free oats, almond flour, remaining brown sugar, and salt.
  4. Add the melted coconut oil to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  5. Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
