A refreshing and crunchy salad perfect for spring, combining apples and celery for a light and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, diced
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and chopped celery.
  2. Add the chopped walnuts and raisins to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the apple and celery mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
