Delicious and fudgy brownies made with almond flour, perfect for gluten-free diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • These brownies can be frozen for longer storage.
