- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the almond paste evenly over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sliced almonds.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
