Deliciously crispy fries made in the air fryer, topped with Parmesan and truffle oil, perfect for a gluten-free snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.
  3. Soak the cut fries in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Drain and pat the fries dry with a paper towel.
  5. In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Once crispy, remove the fries and toss them with Parmesan cheese and truffle oil.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
