- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Assemble sliders on gluten-free buns with your choice of toppings.
