Delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free sliders using ground turkey, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns (gluten-free)
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Assemble sliders on gluten-free buns with your choice of toppings.
