  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them into cracker shapes.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  6. Place the crackers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
