Deliciously grilled chicken thighs coated with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut chicken thighs into chunks and toss them in the garlic Parmesan mixture until well coated.
  4. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
