- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk and melted butter (or coconut oil) to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times.
