Deliciously fluffy biscuits made with just five gluten-free ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the milk and melted butter (or coconut oil) to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter.
  6. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use non-dairy milk and coconut oil.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • These biscuits can be frozen for up to a month.
