  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of gluten-free ramen noodles
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (e.g., bok choy, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  3. Add the ramen noodles and vegetables; cook according to ramen package instructions until noodles are tender.
  4. Stir in sriracha to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
