A delicious and simple recipe for making gluten-free cheesecake brownies at home.

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then spread the cream cheese mixture over it.
  8. Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
