- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then spread the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
