Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes to rise slightly.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  7. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
