  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  7. Toss in the cooked lo mein noodles and green onions, stir to combine.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
