  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and shape them into bagels.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter version, add a tablespoon of sugar to the dough.
