  • 4 oz Boursin cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. Stuff each date with a generous amount of Boursin cheese.
  4. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the stuffed dates.
  6. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until warm and slightly golden.
