- 1 bag of gluten-free tater tots
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 can of dairy-free cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey or beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the dairy-free cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the gluten-free tater tots.
