  • 1 bag of gluten-free tater tots
  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
  • 1 can of dairy-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey or beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the dairy-free cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables, mixing well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the gluten-free tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños.
  • Can substitute ground turkey with chicken or a plant-based meat alternative for a vegan option.
